A Diversified Training
She obtained her bachelor of communication at the University of Montreal, and later earned a diploma (The Program for communication professionals in publicity management) from the Hautes Études Commerciales and the Publicité-Club de Montréal

She is a member of the International Coach Federation, an organization recognized in 80 countries and grouping over 11 000 coaches across the world. She perfected her training at the Coach U, institution in the United States and the SMEI, affiliated to the University of British-Columbia. She discusses on a weekly basis with her mentor, Edie Pereira, MCC (Master Corporate Coach), currently established in New York.

A Career in the Media
Over the span of 5 years, her career progressed through various media such as radio, TV, and printed media where she worked as a host, chronicler and journalist.  Traffic reporter for the radio stations CKLM, Cité Rock Détente and CKMF, she also wrote a regular column in Zip, a youth magazine published by Radio Canada, as well as being a freelance journalist.  For over a year, she appeared on CHOT-TV station, affiliated to the TVA network, in the Outaouais region. Arts, entertainment and literature were her areas of interest.

A Solid Entrepreneur
Having been an entrepreneur herself as the co-owner of a gourmet cookie franchise (gift shop), she understands very well the interests and preoccupations of SME leaders. Her franchise, located in Terrebonne, was part of a network comprising 33 boutiques and was regularly recognized for achieving the best sales figures of the regional network during special events.

Over 15 years in the Medical Field
Claire has over 15 years of professional experience in the medical industry in areas such as promotion, sales, marketing, territory management and product launch, with regards to specific medications and medical equipments.

She is known for establishing trust with her clients and sustaining long-term positive relationships. Her curriculum vitae clearly illustrates her remarkable performance in sales and her excellence in developing networks of key diversified people.
